Dear Grinch,
I’ve been working with Christmas decorations and have been
sprucing up our tree for a good portion of the day. I even sang some Christmas
carols and witnessed the lighting of our school’s giant Christmas tree. But all of those were
done with the most enthusiasm that I could only muster. I waited for the
festive mood to wash over me, but to no avail.
Please, please,
don’t take my Christmas away.
